We have an in-house team that we use to find specific properties for our clients who know what they want but can't find it on market.

The Funds We Work With
We currently have three funds that we work with on an acquisition level in California, Nevada, Missouri, Ohio, and Southern Florida.​

We look for a minimum of 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom homes with at least 750 sq ft on a maximum of 1 acre of land. Under 320k Purchase Price
​
Can NOT need more than 75k in rehab.
​
Exit strategy: Fix & Flip and Buy & Hold.
